Administrative Assistant Position
The position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength at our offices for our Agents and Staff. The Admin will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Office Managing Broker
Assist Agents with Company Tools and Services
Collaborate with other Office Administrators and Staff
Input New listings on MLS
Process Closing Documents and Commission Disbursements
Prepare for Office Meetings
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years of Real Estate Administrative Assistant experience
Excellent problem-solving skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, and ability to
juggle multiple tasks at the same time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and
Microsoft Outlook and Adobe Creative Suite.
