Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorJob Dept: MaintenanceReports To: Maintenance Manager - Plant ManagerSummaryResponsible for the maintenance of the Bensenville or Estes manufacturing facility and supervising the multi-craft maintenance team.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assign work to the maintenance personnel on all shifts.
- Purchase equipment and maintain spare parts inventory.
- Train and coach maintenance employees.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment.
- Program and troubleshoot plant control systems (PLC’s).
- Maintain plant computerized maintenance management system.
- Manage capital projects and contractors.
- Troubleshoot plant processing and packaging equipment.
- Fill in and assist other departments as needed.
Experience:Technical Requirements: Microsoft Word, Excel and/or Access. RSLogix 500 and 5000 experience. Be familiar with PanelBuilder32 software and maintenance management programs. Working knowledge of Ethernet, communication networks. Electrical diagnoses, Mechanical experience. Hayssen and Triangle packaging machine experience. 5 years maintenance supervisor/manager experience in a high-speed food-manufacturing environment.
