As the Administrative Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Memory Care Director, you will be responsible for:

• overseeing aspects of the residents' care in coordination with the Director of Nursing
• providing direct patient care through observation, managing changes in the residents' condition, and assisting with cares as needed
• assisting with training and oversight of caregivers
• auditing resident charts to ensure compliance and high quality of care

Required Qualifications:

• licensed practical nurse (LPN) degree from an accredited school of nursing
• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a licensed practical nurse (LPN)
