Dove Healthcare is seeking a full time physical therapist to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. This position will work with both inpatient and outpatient caseload.

Enjoy a consistent, yet flexible schedule with hours you can depend on - regular weekend coverage is NOT required!

Treat patients in our modern gyms, and take advantage of the latest equipment to advance patients recovery and your skills.

Collaborate with our dynamic and reliable team of therapists and administrative support throughout the Chippewa Valley.

As a physical therapist for Dove Healthcare, you will

• plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct physical therapy, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules regulations, and guidelines that govern a skilled nursing facility
• participate in discharge planning, development and implementation of patient care plans, patient assessments, etc. as necessary
• maintain treatment records, patient files, and progress notes as required
• participate in the development and implementation of patient assessments and care plans, including quarterly reviews
• collaborate and supervise PTAs

Required Qualifications:

• doctorate degree (or bachelor's / master's degree for those grandfathered in) in physical therapy from an accredited college or university
• current license as a physical therapist in the State of Wisconsin
• we will consider new graduates that will be testing
