Monitors teachers' planning for effective instruction and insures implementation of adopted curriculum through scheduled observation and monitoring of classroom instruction and other methods of data gathering.

Identifies, analyzes, and provides help for the solution of specific instructional problems.
Employs strategies designed to protect learning time.
Assists staff in monitoring student progress in achieving curricular objectives.
