Downing Displays has been offering unsurpassed services for the past 50 years in the design and fabrication, managing and storing as well as installation of creative displays and fixtures.

Downing Displays is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team in our Milford, OH office. This is an internal support role primarily focused on assisting the Client Services department. This role requires anticipation, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator

  • Managing clients small show schedules and inventory
  • Assist Account Managers
  • Order entry
  • Basic invoicing
  • Filing

Qualification and Skills for the Account Coordinator

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work well independently
  • High-level administrative support skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal staff, outside clients and vendors
  • Problem solving aptitude
  • Extremely organized
  • Team player

Education/Experience for the Account Coordinator

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
