Job Summary
The Purchasing Manager manages the purchasing/inventory function of the Company and works with production, sales and scheduling to ensure orders for supplies, ingredients and equipment. This position is responsible for planning appropriate inventory levels, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining the accuracy of the Company’s systems and managing the purchasing department. This position reports to the Executive Vice President.
