We are a busy endoscopy office, and perform colonoscopies and upper endoscopies under moderate sedation. We're open Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. We offer a comfortable, modern working environment.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and administrative support in a medical office setting.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Schedule patient appointments using practice management software

- Maintain and update medical records and patient information

- Handle medical scheduling and coordinate appointments

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality

- Assist with administrative tasks to support medical staff

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist preferred

- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures

- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems

- Knowledge of electronic health record systems is a plus

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
