Downtown Eyecare is Hiring an Optical Sales Associate Near Brooklyn, NY
Downtown Eyecare is currently seeking a vibrant, part time optical sales associate to join our team!
Ideal candidate should be friendly and professional, with excellent communication and customer service skills to help assist customers and patients. Prior experience in optical sales is highly preferred.
Responsibilities included but limited to:
- Verifying patient's vision benefits
- Assisting patient with frame selection and explaining different lens types to suit customers needs.
- Must be able to fit and dispense eyewear which includes taking proper measurements for various lenses.
Ideal candidate should be knowledgable in different lens designs, AR coatings, lens materials, blue light technologies and transitional lenses.
Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS! Must be available on Saturdays. Serious inquires only. Resume required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

- Commission pay

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
