Primary Function:

The Branch General Manager will manage the marketing and operating functions of the branch office toward stated goals and vision. The Branch General Manager will supervise, support and oversee branch staff, and act as focal point for all branch aspects in response to our customers, technicians and executive management. The Branch General Manager will develop and execute sales programs for the branch to meet sales goals.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervise branch staff.
• Determine market strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry activities and trends.
• Develop & follow up sales leads.
• Develop & retain customers.
• Ensure profitability, high customer retention, and efficient RMR creation.
• Prepare and present branch activity reports.

Marginal Job Functions:

• Hire branch staff.
• Oversee the annual performance appraisal process for branch employees.
• Discipline as necessary.
• Attend required management meetings.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Able to manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires frequent driving to customer & Doyle locations.
• Requires walking, including stairs.
• Ability to use computer & telephone.

Position Prerequisites:

• A minimum of seven years in a sales function with successful results
• Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of electronic security or similar technical environment.
