Job Description:
Purpose of Job -. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office for the Bucks County Health Improvement Partnership- BCHIP. Supports the Executive Director through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for fiscal management, invoicing, and reporting for all organizational and grant requirements.
Essential Functions-
Provide Administrative support for daily operations of BCHIP.
Responsible for fiscal management of BCHIP including banking, reporting, invoicing, and reconciling all accounts as needed.
Assists with meeting management including BCHIP board of Director meeting and other committee meetings.
Supports program administrative including Smoking Cessation Program, Advance Care Planning Program, BCHIP Wellness Partnership, BCIC and others as needed.
Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma required, additional college or business school preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years office / clerical experience
Microsoft office Suite
Proficient in QuickBooks
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
