- PURPOSE OF JOB:
Provide training and mentorship across all areas of Patient Access. Maintain daily staff schedules and quality outcomes reporting. Support departmental management in the development and monitoring of quality initiatives.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Ensure adequate department staffing and maintain department schedule.
- Orient and mentor new and existing staff.
- Monitor all areas for quality improvements and communicate findings
- Acts as on shift resource for patients and staff
Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School or equivalent is required
- Experience: 3 Years Hospital registration or office experience required.
- Other Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills
Negotiation and Problem Solving Skill
Ability to prioritize and multi task
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work productively as a team
