Responsible for assessing change impacts of business solutions/projects and translate into business value focused communications and presentations
- LOCATION:** Anchorage, Alaska
- SCHEDULE:** 9/80
- CONTRACT:** 6 Months
Responsibilities**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
- Must be able to work on a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades, process re-design improvement and organizational change
- Develop and execute coaching plan for individual and team communication process improvement and effectiveness
- Responsible for compiling or assisting with various monthly and quarterly reports for key programs and efforts
- Draft communications appropriate for executive level consumption
- Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience in the development of OCM plans
- Resource to others in completing Business Process Mapping for key programs
- Experience level: 7 years
- Requires a strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry
- Must have experience in Change Management & Training
- Advanced communication skills
- Experience in Business Process Mapping
- Intermediate level experience with Vizio software
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with group/meeting facilitation
