Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC lathes and a strong understanding of tooling and quality control processes. The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts according to specifications, ensuring efficient production and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties :

• Operate CNC lathes to produce parts to precise specifications.
• Set up and maintain CNC lathes for production.
• Load and unload parts from CNC lathes.
• Monitor and adjust CNC lathe operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks on parts.
• Identify and report any defects or issues with CNC lathes or produced parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and warehouse regulations.

Experience:

• Experience operating CNC lathes and other CNC machines.
• Knowledge of tooling and machining processes.
• Experience with quality control processes and GD T standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Skills:

• Proficiency with Mazak CNC lathes and other CNC machine controllers a plus
• Experience with Mazak Megaturn Nexus 900M preferred
• Experience with CAD software and tooling processes.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes and GD T standards.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts and materials.
• Experience with press and other manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Fridays 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
