Must Haves

Reliable transportation to and from work

Flexible Schedule - Available Saturdays and evenings/nights

Pre-employment drug screening - must pass a drug screening test before beginning employment.

Ability to bend, squat, and pick up items weighing 75 lbs.

Has a Smart Phone – is proficient with mobile technology (all of our Work Orders and timekeeping is done on a mobile phone)

Roles

Surface Care Technician

Duties

Operate carpet cleaning machines

Operate floor cleaning/burnishing machines

Operate disinfection equipment

Log time and materials accurately on mobile work orders

Work with team members to provide 100% customer satisfaction

Load, unload, and clean equipment/company vehicles after every Job

Drive company vehicles

Communicate with onsite contact

Clean and organize the warehouse

Work Hours

80% of our work occurs at night and on Saturday

20% of our work is day shifts.

To Be Successful in this Role

To be successful in this position you must have the desire to serve your team members and the customer while having high expectations of organization and cleanliness. You must also enjoy working the night shift and working with your hands. This includes wanting to arrive early to review work orders and prepare for the job, problem-solving on site, communicating extra details, and staying later than expected when unforeseen circumstances arise.
