DPR has a lead manager of the internal Real Estate group that requires additional lease administration and project management support. Based in our Newport Beach, CA office.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Lease Analyst at DPR Construction in Newport Beach, CA. The Real Estate Lease Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to analyzing and managing real estate leases. This includes conducting meetings, analyzing financial information, data input into our ProLease lease administration software and tracking workplace data and metrics.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills, Due Diligence, and Finance skills
• Experience in real estate lease administration and project management
• Knowledge of real estate lease management and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Professional certifications in real estate or finance are a plus
