DQS - Solutions & Staffing is Hiring a Quality Control Supervisor Near Toledo, OH
The quality control (QC) supervisor reports to the QC Manager and is responsible for monitoring production and coordinating the activities of workers who are involved in inspecting materials and ensuring that they meet the quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise QC Engineers and Inspectors, and communicate with customer
- Quality report
- Give direction to direct reports
- Get measurement reports
- Train, mentor and develop direct reports
- Review and resolve quality control problems/concerns with manufacturing and others including vendors, customer, QC personnel, and any personnel related to production
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
- Capable of understanding and communicating GD&T by production drawings
- Skill of measurement for welding product and stamping product
- Capable of quality feedback by measured record
- Knowledge of PPAP and IATF
