Dr. Boyd's Pet Resort and Veterinary Center San Diego is hiring a Customer Service Representative!
Ideal candidate:
- Must be reliable
- Prefer 1-year experience
- Able to multi-task
- Work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to provide excellent customer service.
Job Duties:
- Greeting clients/patients and answering phone calls in a timely manner
- Call backs and appointment confirmations
- Prepare RX requests
- Checking in with clients and obtaining patient history and vitals
- Provide client education on standards of care, flea preventatives, vaccines, etc to Dr. Boyd's Standards and Policies
- Clean and organize the lobby
