You will be the face of our clinic while answering phones, emails, and questions from patients and potential patients. Professional appearance is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns promptly
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Ability to provide efficient administrative support to the medical team
- Have a plesant demeanor, be willing and able to work with others as a team
-Possess excellent customer service skills, interact well with patients, and take initiative.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
