US Service Organization Local Process IT expert for Global efforts relating to the Service Business Transformation Project
- Implement work packages within local (US) organization.
- Exchange best practices with other countries.
- Match proposal with local business and document the gaps.
- Do “mini” gap assessments per country based on prepared work packages.
- Involve/train needed colleagues from country organization.
- Analyze current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and support the implementation of optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies.
Related Experience
- 5 years of experience in business process analysis and project management.
- Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study and interpret complex data.
- Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant certification in business process management or a related field.
- Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, etc. required.
- Experience in project management and change management required.
- Knowledge of specific industry regulations and standards.

- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
