Full time front office Administrator needed 4 days a week in a great all female office. We are looking for someone with empathy, great work ethic, patient focused and shared character traits for our small office. We focus on billing, accounts receivable, patient payments and treatment plan synchronization. Experience in the Dental field is required.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance coverage
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Collaborate with the team to provide excellent patient care and service
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software and dental office management systems
- Knowledge of insurance billing procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
**Working Hours:**
- Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM may vary
- No weekends required
