**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk, as well as dental insurance billing knowledge.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome patients/clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Assist with dental records management and documentation

- Handle patient check-ins, verify insurance information, and collect co-payments

- Utilize knowledge of medical or dental terminology to assist patients effectively

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

- Manage office supplies and inventory for the front desk area

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a medical office, dental office, clinic, or similar setting preferred

- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines

- Familiarity with dental terminology and understanding of dental records

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor

~PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE~
