Dr. Vince Clinical Research is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Overland Park, KS

The Human Resources Generalist oversees daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role supports management and employees in fostering a positive work environment and aligning with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Address employee issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Promote positive employee engagement.
  • Support performance reviews and development plans.
  • Coach managers on performance issues.
  • Administer health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Communicate benefits changes to employees.
  • Reconcile and process benefits-related transactions.
  • Manage and process payroll accurately and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Update HR policies and conduct compliance audits.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to across the organization.
  • Other duties and necessary

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a generalist role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
