Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
