Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data into our database system
- Verify accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Monitor and review data for errors or discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining and updating records and files
- Conduct regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Respond promptly and professionally to data inquiries or requests
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Basic understanding of databases and spreadsheets.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
