This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning and execution of various events that promote our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating logistics, managing event details, and ensuring smooth operations for both virtual and in-person events. Pay$24.00 - $30.50 per hour JobFull time Duties
Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for company events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
Help manage event setup, including signage, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams to ensure all event details are handled effectively and timelines are met.
Provide on-site support during events, including registration assistance, attendee management, and troubleshooting.
Assist in post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback and analyzing event success metrics.
Support the marketing team with event promotion through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
Maintain event calendars, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient planning and execution.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the attendee experience and achieve event objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in event planning or coordination (internships or relevant coursework preferred).
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during events.
