Job Summary:

Triple Whale is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Operations Manager to support our rapid growth and innovation. You will be reporting directly to the founder/COO and as a member of the team, you’ll be working closely with department heads, the executive team, and other key stakeholders to drive key business initiatives, analyze business performance, present strategic recommendations to leadership, and support product go-to-market initiatives. But this isn't just about analysis and recommendations, we are looking for someone with a relentless focus on execution who wants to produce tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:*

Work with the leadership team to identify, develop, and execute business plans in support of company growth initiatives that are delivered on time. * Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, process, and performance to accelerate achievement of business goals.* Guide business decisions by preparing ad-hoc analysis of operational metrics in support of a wide variety of initiatives across functions.* Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, facilitating effective communication among team members and stakeholders.* Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.* Identify potential risks and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle and propose mitigation strategies.* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting notes.

Requirements:*

2-3 years work experience at a top tier consulting firm or in an operations role at a tech company* Sound business judgment and excellent communication skills* Ability to pull up from the details to drive insights and business recommendations* Proactive and self-motivated to identify and solve problems; comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and autonomy* Strong quantitative and analytical skills* Energized by supporting teammates in achieving mutual goals; passion for driving measurable impact* General familiarity with SaaS business models and the relevant KPIs a plus* Basic knowledge of marketing tech stacks a plus * Knowledge of digital marketing strategy a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
