The Crown Is Yours
As a Responsible Gaming Associate Analyst you'll help us build and enhance our risk management practices. You'll be responsible for developing dashboards, data pipelines, and simple models to refine DraftKings' RG program and support our RG operations team. We're looking for an individual who is passionate about working with data and excited in investigating DraftKings' potential risks.
What you'll do as an Associate Analyst, Responsible Gaming

• Perform large-scale studies to identify potential risk signals in customers or populations of customers.
• Develop scores and alerts to flag players who may hit high-risk thresholds.
• Create and support SQL pipelines and dashboards that will support internal alerts.
• Perform ad hoc analyses on high-risk events to support compliance and operations activities.
• Partner with player protection operations team by building reports and KPIs to identify process shortcomings and opportunities.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience doing analytical project work.
• Experience conducting exploratory data analysis (querying data, aggregating/merging data, and evaluating for specific insights).
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with partners across departments.
• Proficient with SQL or an eagerness to quickly learn.
• Experience building dashboards in Tableau or another similar visualization tool.
• Experience developing models in R, Python, SAS, or other similar software is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,400.00 - $93,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
