As an Associate Regulatory Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our expansion into new markets, specifically within our Sportsbook and Casino applications. In this data-driven role within our Data Engineering and Regulatory space, you will enhance our data platforms by creating regulatory reports and dashboards for state regulators. Your work will involve not only routine reporting but also will provide ad-hoc analysis for various stakeholders.
What you’ll do as an Associate Regulatory Analyst
Produce essential regulatory reports and dashboards tailored for state regulators.
Master our complex data platform that supports our dynamic Sportsbook and Casino verticals.
Partner with teams across Data Engineering, Finance, and Compliance to guarantee reporting is both timely and adheres to regulatory standards.
Conduct targeted ad-hoc analyses to address and support diverse internal requirements.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, or a related field with at least 1 year of analytics experience, which may include professional, co-op, or intern roles.
Proficiency in SQL with 1 year of experience; familiarity with Python or other programming languages is beneficial.
Understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing; model building is advantageous.
Strong communication abilities coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,400.00 - $93,600.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
