The Crown Is Yours
We are looking for a Product Manager I to join our global team to help create the vision and strategy of our horse racing product and integrations. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Horse Racing industry and take ownership of the processes used to monitor and measure our product. In this role, you will drive strategic insights from data, shaping the future of our offerings and contributing to innovative advancements in the industry.
What you’ll do as a Product Manager I
Drive internal alignment on the long-term vision for DraftKings Horse vertical.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and company leaders to maintain a roadmap for the team.
Utilize analytical tools and data to drive insights, monitor metrics, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Own end-to-end product management process on features within scope: vision documents, roadmaps, requirement documents, etc.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor's degree in business, data, or computer science field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in Analytics or Product Management.
Robust understanding of the Horse racing industry.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying databases.
Experience in Tableau or another data visualization tool.
Strong background in collaborating with analytics, engineering teams, data engineering and design teams are a plus.
Analytically oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,080.00 - $141,120.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
