Dragonfly Energy is a leader in the green energy storage industry. Job Summary:

We are looking for a Paralegal with 5-10 years of experience to support our legal department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in database management, contract review, corporate governance, and a keen attention to detail; experience with SEC filings is a plus. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Maintain and manage the company’s legal databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of all legal documents and records.
  • Contract Review: Assist in the review, drafting, and negotiation of various contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and manage legal documents, including but not limited to, contracts, corporate filings, and regulatory submissions.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team in various matters, including compliance, litigation, and corporate governance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring the company’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including SEC filings and other regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments and external parties, such as outside counsel, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably within a publicly traded company or a large corporate legal department.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
  • Skills:
  • Strong experience in database management and legal document management systems.
  • Proficient in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEC filings and regulatory compliance for publicly traded companies.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
