Location: Drala Mountain Center, Red Feather Lakes, CO

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling (Hours/ Number of days per week)

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Retreat Center Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retreat center and providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties may include:

• Program coordination and assistance
• Housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness of facilities
• Assisting in the kitchen with meal preparation and service
• Facilities management and maintenance
• Providing support during retreat activities and events
• Other tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the center

Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, retreat center operations, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
• Passion for meditation, mindfulness, and holistic wellness is a plus
