This is a part time position working each Thursday's: 9-5.

As a Medical Assistant, your position responsibilities are:

• Provide excellent patient service and support in a medical setting.
• Assist patients by taking vital signs, and preparing patients for examinations.
• Assist patients with rooming and charting files.
• Making and taking required lab orders.
• Working on medical prior authorizations.
• Prepping for small procedures
• Utilizing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to accurately document patient information.

Skills:

• Competent in taking vital signs and performing other clinical tasks.
• Familiarity with coding and billing processes in a medical setting.
• Excellent understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality healthcare services to patients.
