DF Title, LLC dba Golden Dog Title has an immediate need for a Receptionist who can provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence as well as additional clerical duties serving our parent company, Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (NASDAQ: DFH).

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.
• Greets and directs visitors to the company.
• Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.
• Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS etc)
• Opens builder contracts in real estate closing software.
• Monitors general office e-mail and forwards email to appropriate individual.
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.
• Maintain closing calendar board and keep it updated.
• Send title docs out to lender/realtors.
• Log in key packages and distribute to appropriate files.
• Greet all incoming guests and obtain driver’ s license/passport copies.
• Clean and maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and office space.
