Bandon Dunes is a world-class golf resort located on the Oregon Coast near the charming community of Bandon. Guests come to experience golf as it was meant to be at Bandon Dunes' six distinct golf courses. That includes five 18-hole courses, which all rank among the top 16 public courses in the United States, according to Golf Digest. The resort is also home to an award-winning par-3 course, Bandon Preserve. A second par-3 course, Shorty's, will open in 2024. • Support Excellence: Work alongside our Front Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service that aligns with our resort’s high standards.
• Warm Welcomes & Fond Farewells: Ensure every arrival, departure, and interaction is handled efficiently and with a friendly smile.
• Efficient Operations: Oversee guest registration, checkouts, and phone services, maintaining our commitment to proactive and courteous service.
• Guest Engagement: Share valuable resort information and promote our amenities to enhance guest experiences and boost revenue.
• Team Leadership: Assist in supervising the front desk, Massage Center, and Security staff, fostering a positive and cooperative team environment.
• Guest Appreciation: Assist in managing our Guest Appreciation Program, ensuring smooth and accurate processes.
• Reservations Assistance: Assist guests with golf and hotel reservations over the phone and in person.
• Staff Development: Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager in interviewing, hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members, providing clear communication, and handling disciplinary measures when necessary.
• Shift Management: Oversee shift closures, verifying that all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Customer Satisfaction: Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction and quality standards.
• Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges calmly and effectively, even under pressure.
• Professionalism: Display courtesy and professionalism in all interactions, gracefully managing sensitive situations.
• Extra Mile: Take on additional tasks as management assigns, always ready to go above and beyond.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a resort setting.
• Front Office Expertise: In-depth knowledge of front office operations.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in PMS systems and strong computer skills.
• Communication Skills: Ability to give and follow instructions and analyze and solve problems efficiently.
• Flexibility: Can manage multiple tasks under pressure with minimal supervision; available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional Appearance: Always maintain a polished and professional demeanor.
• Positive Attitude: A cheerful and professional manner that sets the tone for the entire team.Valid Oregon Driver's license with a clean driving record meets our company policy's motor vehicle operating standards.
