The VIP Host will act as a direct liaison between VIP clients and the Nightclub colleagues and leadership.The success of this role will be judged by the financial performance of the table sales and overall guest presence both in-person and online.

•A timely response for all table sale inquiries and confirmation and payment 24 hours prior to arrival.

•Communicate with clients all policies including dress code and cancellation prior to confirming booking.

•Frequent interaction with the rooms division and Stateside Management teams to ensure that high rated guests are personally invited to the club.Needs to be trackable and reported to leadership

•Written weekly promotional plans and strategies that raise the visibility of the VIP experience at the club and drum up new business.

•To be present on Friday and Saturday brunch events at Stateside Kitchen to promote DLS to large parties, as required

•Facilitate Broadway and other Entertainment district promotional strategies with the VIP team.

•Track and document all VIP team promotion postings and efforts.

•Frequent meetings (must be minuted and submitted) with the VIP Service teams for feedback from the clients

•VIP Host is expected to be out socializing on nights the club is not operating with prior management approval

•Develop a checklist containing all contacts to feed traffic. This spreadsheet will be updated weekly, contacted, and reported by the DLS VIP Host. This will document referral and promotional attempts, questions from those contacted, and plan of action.

•Other duties as assigned
