Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on all-inclusive packages, destinations, and amenities.

• Develop tailored all-inclusive travel packages that include lodging, meals, drinks, activities, and other amenities. Ensure packages align with client desires and offer value.

• Coordinate and confirm all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and special requests. Ensure all-inclusive benefits are properly arranged and documented.

• Build and maintain relationships with hotels, resorts, tour operators, and other service providers to secure the best rates, availability, and exclusive offers.

• Prepare and distribute detailed itineraries, vouchers, and other travel documents. Assist clients with travel insurance, visas, and entry requirements.

• Stay informed about the latest trends in all-inclusive travel, emerging destinations, and new package offerings. Use insights to enhance service offerings and client experiences.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions. 

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be 18 and coachable
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
