Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate leads and schedule appointments for our premium kitchen cabinet services. You will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and promoting our top-quality kitchen cabinet solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Visit residential areas to introduce our kitchen cabinet services.
• Distribute brochures and flyers to potential customers.
• Explain the benefits and features of our kitchen cabinets.
• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a strong sales background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compensation:

• Competitive commission for each scheduled appointment.
• Additional bonuses for exceeding targets and converted leads.
• Lead Generation:
• $50 per scheduled lead for the first 20 leads each month.
• $80 per scheduled lead for each lead beyond the initial 20 leads per month.
• Sales Commission: 3% to 10% commission on each sold project, based on project value and performance.

Bonus Monthly:

>20 $1,200

>30 $2,100

>50 $4,500
