Job Description“What would you say you do here?”
The goal of the internship is to provide the intern with insight into both production and studio level workflows
The intern will work closely with the Resource Management and Creative Talent Management teams on various tasks, including morale events, milestone celebrations, department meetings and presentation decks, maintaining calendars, handling time cards and coordinating moves

Proactive and able to work independently
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
Demonstrates flexibility in the face of change
Courteous and approachable demeanor with demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond
Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization
Very trustworthy and capable of handling confidential documents and information with discretion
Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suite office management software (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at a College/University (or equivalent), or be a recent graduate (within six months of graduation date)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be willing to work in Glendale, California
Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols

Hourly Rate: $17.00 Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
