The Marketing Associate at Drew Marine is essential to maintaining the highest standards of precision and effectiveness in our marketing initiatives. This role is suited for a highly detail-oriented individual who thrives in managing multiple aspects of digital marketing with an impeccable level of accuracy. The position involves training in key marketing platforms and systems, contributing significantly to our digital presence and internal communications.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Use templates to update content on online platforms, ensuring all communications are free from errors and align with our branding.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and updating marketing materials and web content, utilizing HubSpot to streamline processes and enhance user engagement.
  • Analyze social media and website analytics to drive content strategies and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Schedule, monitor, and ensure the accuracy of content across various digital platforms according to the marketing calendar.
  • Gather and analyze data to assess the efficacy of marketing campaigns and improve organizational processes.
  • Coordinate with product management teams to understand commercial objectives, support projects, and facilitate successful product launches.
  • Maintain brand consistency across global markets, monitoring standards and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials.

Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), HubSpot, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and comfortable learning new digital tools.
  • Experience in maintaining website content and understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Proficient skills in graphic design, ideally with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce written documents and presentations.
  • Familiarity with coordinating and working effectively with vendors and external partners is a plus.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Physical Working Environment:

The position works in a climate-controlled office environment and requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time. Position requires domestic and international travel up to approximately 20%.
