```Responsibilities```
- Provide administrative support to the business owners
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with special projects and events as needed

- Assisting customers with memberships and classes

```Qualifications```
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred

- Must be able to lift 20 lbs safely

As an Project Manager/Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
