Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience leading product teams, with a strong background in SAAS, particularly in contact and data management, CRM, or a similar vertical. This role will be pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of our platform, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed the needs of our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product development projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and sales to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and track project progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our product remains at the forefront of the market.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to product team members.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in project management, specifically within SAAS, contact and data management, CRM, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering high-quality software products.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
