Role Overview:

As a Data Scientist specializing in LLMs, you will play a key role in developing the AI backbone of our platform. You’ll work on building and refining models that drive personalization, optimize operations, and contribute to the creation of licensable intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and train LLMs: Develop advanced language models for personalized coffee recommendations.

• Optimize operations: Use AI to enhance efficiency and sustainability in our operations.

• Develop licensable IP: Contribute to creating proprietary AI models and tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Integrate AI solutions across the platform.

• Analyze and interpret data: Continuously improve AI model performance with large datasets.

• Stay ahead of AI trends: Keep up with advancements in AI and LLMs, particularly using tools like Hugging Face, to enhance our platform.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in data science with a focus on machine learning and AI, particularly in developing and training LLMs.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Strong understanding of NLP techniques for personalization and recommendation systems.

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Proven track record of developing scalable AI solutions.

• Passion for sustainability and applying AI to solve environmental challenges.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
