Role Overview:

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Dripped Coffee, you will play a crucial role in developing our MVP. You’ll work closely with our cloud engineer, data scientist, and the rest of the team to build and maintain our platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end development, contributing to the integration of advanced AI technologies into a user-friendly web interface. The position is part-time and fully equity-compensated, with the potential for future paid opportunities as the company begins generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Work on the development and maintenance of the user interface for our platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users.

• Back-End Development: Collaborate on the development of server-side logic, database integration, and API development to support the platform’s features.

• Integrate AI Solutions: Assist in integrating AI-driven personalization features into the website, working closely with the data scientist and cloud engineer.

• API Development & Integration: Develop and integrate APIs to connect the front-end user interface with back-end services.

• Performance Optimization: Ensure that the platform is fast, responsive, and scalable, optimizing both front-end and back-end performance.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the cloud engineer and data scientist to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the platform’s capabilities.

• Security: Implement best practices to ensure that the platform is secure, particularly when handling user data and transactions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Full-Stack Development: Some experience (internships, projects, or entry-level work) in both front-end and back-end development.

• Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Back-End Skills: Familiarity with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) and experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).

• API Knowledge: Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API integration.

• Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development processes.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

• Learning Mindset: A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment, with a passion for expanding your full-stack development skills.

• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
