What You’ll Do

•We are looking for someone who can grow with the business. You will be involved in providing supreme customer service for our clients and their pets, growth opportunities and ways to improve how we deliver our best care and service. Phone calls, scheduling, ongoing client communication, money handling, and follow up are job duties of this roll that help facilitate exceptional client and pet care.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Excellent in person communication skills to effectively interact with customers

- Excellent digital communication skills via e-mail and live chat/text
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
- Experience in outbound calling and phone etiquette
- Skilled in data entry to accurately record customer information

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
