Pilot Flying J is hiring a CDL A Local Fuel Transport Driver in Georgetown, KY to transport fuel products (gas, diesel, DEF, bio-diesel and renewable diesel) locally to our facilities throughout the Georgetown area. Drivers will start on the night shift, be home daily, enjoy exceptional benefits and career growth opportunities.
Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $23-$26
• $26 starting rate during training
• Increase after training dependent on shift
• Annual Pay: $86,000-$90,000
• Overtime pay after 40 hours worked
• Annual pay based on 57.5-hour work week
• Bonuses:
• Driver Referral Bonus: 1,000, paid in 1 payment at 90 days
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home time: Home daily, no overnights
• Schedule: 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off, specific days will vary
• Drivers will start on night shift
• 55-60 hours per week
• Route: Local routes around the Georgetown area
• Level of Touch: Load and unload
• Slip seating

• Newer model fleet (average age of two years)
• 2019-2022 Model trucks - Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have a valid CDL A license
• Hazmat, Tanker endorsements required prior to employment
• Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer within the last 3 years
• Can not have automatic restriction
• DUI/DWI: None within the last seven years. No DUI/DWIs in a commercial vehicle
• No citations/violations for Driving While Suspended, Disqualified, or Expired in the last six months
• Applicant must have no more than three moving violations in the last three years. No serious traffic violations* in the last two years.
• Criminal background check required
• Must be able to pass a complete DOT physical, drug screen including hair follicle testing and road test
• Driver must live within 45 miles of Georgetown, KY
