Positions Available :

Regional OTR Drivers (Home Weekly) : Enjoy the balance of regional routes with the comfort of home weekly. Ideal for drivers seeking reliable schedules and time with family.

OTR Mentors : Share your expertise and guide new drivers as they begin their OTR careers. Make a meaningful impact while contributing to the growth of our team.

Pay : Averages $1,100 to $1,500 Per Week

Requirements :

Minimum Age : At least 21 years old. Applicants under 23 must meet specific moving violation criteria.

Minimum Experience (Tractor Trailer / OTR) : Verifiable T / T experience required as per our qualifications' breakdown.

Moving Violations : Strict criteria apply based on age and violation history.

Accidents : Detailed accident criteria apply; no major preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 5 years.

Policy on License Suspensions : Administrative suspensions considered; specific criteria for moving violation suspensions.

Felony Convictions : Criteria based on felony classification and age of conviction.

Misdemeanors : Criteria based on misdemeanor classification and time elapsed.

DUI / DWI : Strict guidelines on DUI / DWI history.

No SAP Violations : Ensuring a compliant work environment.

Is Hazmat Required? Hazmat endorsement not required.

DOT Physical Requirements : Current DOT Physical required.

Drug Screening : Both Urine & Hair tests required.
