JOB DESCRIPTION: Solutions Architect – Financial Systems We are excited to welcome a bright, experienced, and driven Solutions Architect – Financial Systems to our newly established Solutions Architecture team. As the Solutions Architect for Financial Applications, you will lead the design and implementation of robust financial systems that support the financial operations of Driven Brands. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating complex financial software systems, ensuring data accuracy, and aligning these systems with business objectives to optimize financial performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities System Design and Architecture: Architect and design scalable financial software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT infrastructure and support future business growth. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with financial teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that financial systems are tailored to meet business needs and compliance standards. Project Leadership: Lead projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with software vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and system integration. Compliance and Security: Ensure all IT financial applications comply with relevant financial regulations and internal security policies. Technical Guidance and Training: Provide technical leadership to development teams and offer training and support to end-users. Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess system performance and user feedback to enhance functionality, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Project Delivery Efficiency: Measure the number of projects delivered on time and within budget as a percentage of total projects managed. System Downtime: Monitor the frequency and duration of unplanned system downtimes to assess system reliability. User Satisfaction Rating: Collect and analyze user satisfaction ratings post-implementation to evaluate ease of use and performance of financial systems. Compliance Adherence: Track the compliance rate with financial standards and regulations in system implementations. Integration Effectiveness: Assess the success of integrating financial systems with other business operations, quantifying improvements in data accuracy and processing times. Cost Efficiency: Evaluate cost savings achieved through the implementation of new systems or optimizations, including reductions in manual processes and errors. Security Incident Rate: Monitor the rate of security incidents related to financial applications to assess the effectiveness of security measures. Innovation and Modernization Index: Quantify the adoption and impact of new technologies or approaches within financial systems. Qualifications and Experience You will be a great fit for this role if you have: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience with architecture APIs (REST, RPC), and experience with enterprise software development. Minimum 5 years Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or similar role in a corporate IT environment. Deep financial ERP systems experience, Oracle preferred. Experience with cloud technologies and services, Oracle Cloud preferred (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong project management experience working with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in finance, such as SOX, GDPR, or PCI DSS Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), nice to have. #LI-REMOTE #LI-KD1 Position Location: North Carolina Compensation Range: $87,800.00 - $161,200.00 Compensation Frequency: Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
