Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product information
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Cold call potential customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer needs and preferences
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, percentages, and perform retail math calculations
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
