Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and assisting with research and development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality control, data collection, and working in a clinical or research laboratory setting.

Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests and experiments according to standard operating procedures
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various samples
- Prepare samples for testing and maintain accurate records of all tests performed
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and FDA regulations
- Assist with research and development projects by conducting literature reviews and providing support to senior researchers
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory processes
- Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and equipment
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- Familiarity with quality control processes and FDA regulations
- Experience working in a clinical or research laboratory setting
- Knowledge of microbiology, histology, or animal physiology is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

- 2 years of lab experience
